The Solution of Hoisting System Based on Intelligent Mine

 

Application scope

It is suitable for the demands of upgrading the intelligent control and general management for Mine Hoist and its related subsystems, providing customized system solutions for high-end customers with intelligent mine operation requirements.

 

Main functions

Based on the high reliability and automatic operation of mine hoist and its related main equipment, taking real-time detection and monitor the key information of main equipment and hoist process, remembering the faults, remotely transmitting and storing the data and information, intelligently analyzing and specialized processing the invisible fault information. Fully realize the self-diagnosis of equipment and system, explicit fault alarming, invisible fault warning and so on, supporting the collection of management information and transmission of control instruction related to the equipment, and supporting intelligent remote service and so on.

With the specialized function of "system plug-in", which is convenient to realize the information interaction with other information systems to meet the needs of the realization and operation of intelligent mines.

 

“5+1+2”system scheme

This scheme includes the Hoist Control System at pit head and bottom, control system in the Hoist Control room, expert intelligent system (equipment level), video surveillance system, network communication and data remote transmission channel, dispatching management and monitoring platform, Remote service platform consists of five subsystems, one channel and two support platforms. 

 

1) The control system at pit head mainly includes: stable rope detection, gate detection, curved rail detection, skip detection, shaft temperature detection, steel rope detection, signal from pit head, operation machine, stable rope adjustment, automatic unloading, etc;

2) Bottom control system mainly includes: coal feeder control, coal level detection, automatic loading and so on;

3) Control system in the hoist control room mainly includes: power supply system, speed control system, lubrication system, hydraulic system, braking control system, electronic control system, vibration detection, shaft temperature detection, noise detection and so on;

4) Expert intelligent system (equipment level) mainly includes: industrial control computer, displayer, special collection card, communication network and other hardware facilities, as well as monitoring software, expert think tank and other application software packages. The main software function modules include equipment management module, equipment condition monitoring module, information management module, system condition recurrence module, expert think tank module, Remote Diagnosis module.

5) Video surveillance system mainly includes: pit head, bottom, loading point, unloading point and so on; 

6) Communication network and data remote transmission: the signal is transmitted to the dispatching center through LAN to provide interface support.

7) Dispatching management and monitoring support system: if the dispatching system has application software, data interaction can be carried out directly after shaking hands approved by both parties. If there is no application software in the field, the application software can be provided to realize the application requirements.

8) Remote service platform support system (Locate in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, serving national customers): based on reliable network security mechanism support to achieve remote diagnosis of equipment and other intelligent functions through the public network. Remote detection and high-quality service is available for hoist, Belt Conveyor, main ventilator and other large mine equipment. The system includes: field equipment condition monitoring module, equipment information management module, fault information memory module, equipment maintenance management module, historical data query module, fault recurrence module.

Introduction to Main Function Module of Expert Intelligent Software System

 

Module 1 "Equipment Conditions Monitoring Module"

To detect at real-time, record and monitor the working condition of the system equipment in the field through safe and reliable technical means, and the state information of the equipment is displayed in a dynamic and intuitive way.

1) Medium and low voltage power supply equipment: voltage, current, power, power factor, fault information;

2) Motor drive equipment (VFD and speed controller): voltage, current, power, power factor, fault information, etc;

3) The three-dimensional mechanical vibration, noise, bearing temperature of motor, gearbox, drum and other main mechanical and electrical equipment, wire rope operating conditions;

4) Lubrication station, hydraulic station and brake control: brake oil pressure, pressure difference, oil temperature, oil quality, lubricating oil temperature, brake clearance, fatigue and deflection of brake, etc;

5) Information monitoring related to hoisting process : container position, running speed, speed diagram, force diagram, signal status, running direction, forward and reverse to correct place, acceleration and deceleration information;

 

Module 2 "Fault Information Management Module "

Once a functional index is abnormal during the operation, the module will record such information in time, and the information will be saved for up to six months. For example: over speed at uniform speed section, over speed at deceleration section ,2 m/s speed limit, internal over winding, external over winding, shaft encoder failure, rope loose, brake oil over pressure,  emergency stop signal, frequency conversion fault, motor over current, etc., as well as brake oil over temperature, lubricating oil over temperature, low brake oil pressure, high residual brake oil pressure , brake clearance protection, low lubricating oil pressure, position over limit, wrong direction, etc.

 

Module 3 "System Condition Recurrence Module"

This module is the front module of the system expert think tank. According to the need of problem analysis, the user can select operation condition recurrence of a single or multiple equipment at the corresponding fault time. This function greatly facilitates the analysis of the cause of equipment failure, helps to find the reason, and eliminate the deep causes in the equipment and management.

 

Module 4 "Expert think tank module "

The module mainly for making statistics, classifying, concluding and analyzing the fault information during machine operation, potential fault information, consciousness fault information and so on, making comprehensive analysis and judgment with the help of expert experience or previous processing experience. To provide support for the intelligent operation of the equipment, expert diagnosis, troubleshooting and so on, to make comprehensive analysis and prediction according to the potential fault information, to provide early warning information for the machine operation.

2) hidden fault prediction module. (potential fault analysis and prediction, etc.)


Module 5 "Equipment Management Module "

Establish equipment files, equipment overhaul and daily maintenance information, and manage the main information in the whole life cycle of the equipment.
