5.1 Normal working condition

d) The place under mine with coal dust and methane explosive gas.
e) The place without corrosive gas which could damage metal and insulation.

III. Structure features
The structure of coal level sensor is shown in below figure. This sensor is mainly composed of shell, push rod, universal joint, spring, swing rod and tail wing, etc. Size: 920mm×115mm×100mm. shell material: PA plastic. Weight: 5kg
IV. Working Process and Principle
When the coal gangue blocks or the bunker is full of coal, the coal level sensor at relative position contacts with coal, tilting the spring of the sensor, when it reaching to the action angle, the normal open contact in the sensor become close. When the coal level goes down, the spring rod tilt of the sensor recover to reset angle, the contact of the sensor reset automatically.

V. Installation and wiring
The sensor is one of the important protection of belt conveyor, when it is used in coal mine, it must be in parallel or series with the intrinsically safe system circuit. Install the sensor on the end of the conveyor, the tail wing is vertical to the center of the belt, and it is 0.3~0.6m above the belt. It is necessary to ensure that the sensor does not take misoperation caused by normal coal flow, the machine vibration, dripping water or coal dust accumulation, and large coal gangue can not damage after crashing. The sensor at each conveyor end should take action when the coal pile is over 0.3~0.6m, the level of sensor is set according to actual condition.
Cable outer diameter φ8~φ12( or communication cable is available), not less than 2.5mm².
IV. Usage attention
1. The structure and every electrical parameters of the sensor have been debugged before leaving the factory, the user shall not change its structure and electrical parameters at will to ensure the performance of protection, explosion-proof and intrinsically safe. This product can only be used with designated device, or the devices have explosion proof tested.
2. The coal level protection control of the conveyor is determined by the sensor, and the sensor is installed after debugging, the working condition of the sensor directly determines whether the system can work normally, and the non-professional personnel is not allowed to take off or install the sensor.
3. The maintenance personnel should regularly check the condition of each part of the sensor, the problems must be dealt with in time.
4. The improper changes of internal components wiring may cause equipment damage, our company does not bear the liability and economic losses caused by above-mentioned accident.
5. The packing carton can be used for all kinds of transportation including land and water under the condition of avoiding direct rain and snow.
6. The packaged device can be stored in the warehouses with air circulation, the temperature is (-10~40)℃, relative humidity not over 90% for more than 12 months.
7. Take out the packing list and compare with each item to confirm the conformity.
8. To check the nameplate on the sensor is comply with the order requirement.
