Explosion Proof VFD is new type motor speed controlling products which is integrated with Computer Control Technology, bussing technology, power electronic technology, explosion proof technology, cooling technology (heat dissipation technology such as cooling by air, cooling by water, heat pipe), it is a dedicated VFD which developed for applying in bad working condition such as coal dust, gas, moist.
Consist of 380V, 660V, 1140V, 3300V voltage grade. It has two kind of specification: single quadrant and four quadrants, which is common in electrical control for the speed of hoist, scraper conveyor, Belt Conveyor and endless-rope hoist, ventilator, water pump, emulsion pump station under coal mine
The explosion proof VFD is with fast open door structure and standard design with compact structure which is easy to maintain.
SVC vector control technology with the function of suspending at zero speed, it can self-tune to recognize motor and the grid parameter, big start torque, fast response, precise speed control, good stability.
Using the control proposal of PWM commutation for unit power factor at grid side to realize four quadrants operation, and the power factor is controllable, the energy conversion efficiency is high, energy saving effect is remarkable.
