Product introduction:
It is one of the key devices among the JTDK-PC-01S type of programmable AC hoister Electric Control System which is designed and produced by our company. In the AC hoister electric control system of the voltage is 6000V, power is 2500KW and the below, It is used as the hauling power supply for which the main motor brakes in low frequency on speed down section and runs in low speed on crawling section.
Application range: it is suitable for the control of hoister which is single rope enwinding and multiple rope friction wheel in the place of explosion-proof or non explosion-proof, which can meet the control requirements for the vertical mine, inclined mine, single or multiple levels of mine, etc.

Working principle: It is AC - AC frequency control system which can invert one frequency of AC to another frequency AC without going through middle DC. It is consisted of controllable silicone rectifying circuit connected by certain method. When each rectifying circuit is controlled to output by certain rule, the output side of the frequency Inverter can get the AC current which is consisted of multiple phases of rectified voltage and envelope line and the frequency which is meet the requirement of the regulation.
