Application scope

The KTDK-ZN-ZKT-V Intelligent Mine Hoist Electrical Control System is a new generation of mine hoist electrical control system carefully developed by Huafei Company for the construction requirement of intelligent mine in the future.This scheme is applicable to AC or DC motor, mine hoist driven by single motor or dual motors at vertical and inclined shaft which is single rope and multi-rope type. The advantages are more obvious and prominent in complex hoisting condition, especially in multi-rope, multi-level, driven by multi motors.

The system insist on the design principle of high redundancy and high reliability. Both software and hardware adopt modular design to meet all the process and safety protection requirements of the mine hoist, and greatly improve the safety and reliability of the system. With compact structure, good look appearance, safe and reliable, capable of realizing full coverage of equipment and sensor perception, unattended operation and control, Intelligent Video monitoring, cage feeling like elevator, accurate maintenance, remote technical support, monitoring and management Automation and other intelligent functions. It is the first choice for users to realize the intelligent upgrade of the hoist system.

Main functions

1. Based on a reliable and flexible network communication framework, which can realize the self-diagnostic functions of the key device on sensing layer, control layer, and execution layer. Support advanced operation requirements such as unattended hoist operation, remote control and monitoring, remote technical support and emergency starting.

2. Has the capability of deep comprehensive analysis and professional processing for the equipment working condition data, which can accurately judge the operating status of the system, and predict the potential faults of the main equipment. Through mobile APP, to facilitate operators and managers to timely understand the machine operation.

3. The system is equipped with intelligent video monitoring software and hardware facilities of visible light and thermal imaging, which can monitor the surface temperature of the device in a non-contact way, and judge the area invasion of foreign bodies.

4. Has the function of professional "system plug-in", which is convenient for interaction of multi-system information, and meets the realization and operation of intelligent mines. Equipped with Ethernet, RS485, CAN, MODUBUS and other rich communication interfaces, which can facilitate a remote data transmission.

“6+1+2” Intelligent solution scheme

This scheme includes six sub-systems, one channel and two platforms, they are the hoist mine entrance control system, min entrance and bottom control system, control system in the Hoist Control room, expert intelligent system (equipment level), environmental monitoring system, video surveillance system, network communication and data remote transmission channel, dispatching management and monitoring platform, remote service platform.

1) The control system at mine entrance mainly includes: stable rope detection, gate detection, curve rail detection, skip detection, shaft temperature detection, steel rope detection, signal device from mine entrance, car operation system, stable rope adjustment, automatic unloading, etc.

2) Bottom control system mainly includes: intelligent monitor for the working condition of hoist sheave, cage, tail rope, coal feeder, automatic loading, as well as bunker.

3) Control system in the hoist control room mainly includes: power supply system, speed control system, lubrication system, hydraulic system, braking control system, electronic control system, as well as vibration detection, shaft temperature detection, noise detection for main device.

4) Expert intelligent system (equipment level) mainly includes: Integrated in the operation control system, with the characteristics of full coverage of monitoring. Real-time monitoring working condition of the main equipment, sensors, actuator, as well as external environmental data and information such as temperature and humidity. It can manage and analyze the fault and potential fault information of the equipment and system, with advanced intelligent functions such as working condition re-display, precision maintenance and remote diagnosis.

5) The environmental monitoring system mainly includes: real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, vibration, noise in key places, with early warning and fault alarm functions.

6) Intelligent video surveillance system mainly includes: Monitor key parts and facilities such as mine entrance and bottom, hoist control room through visible light and thermal imaging monitoring probes. With the help of machine vision and artificial intelligence AI algorithm, the surface temperature of the device is monitored in a non-contact way, and judge the area invasion of foreign bodies.
