2. Mining

1) Mining engineering software: accumulate digital three-dimensional geological data, complete three-dimensional mapping work in mineral deposits, surface and geology, and simulate, simulate and process analysis for resource assessment, mine planning, development design and decision management.

2) GPS slope dynamic monitoring system: establish a high-precision deformation monitoring three-dimensional network, regularly perform dynamic monitoring on the slope, and timely capture the deformation and failure information of the slope, and study and analyze the landslide type, landslide scale, landslide time and slope stability. Slope reinforcement treatment provides important basic data, provides the best opportunity for slope treatment, and effectively avoids geological disasters such as sudden collapse and landslides.

3) Mine car automatic dispatching system: no one intervention, automatic traffic flow planning, optimized dispatching, reasonable distribution of traffic flow, achieving the shortest transport distance and lowest consumption. This system is the first in China and its technological achievements have reached the international advanced level.

4) Drilling machine centimeter-level GPS high-precision positioning system: Through integration with mining engineering software and simulated blasting system, the drilling rig can accurately locate the drilling according to the simulated blasting diagram, and automatically generate the hole acceptance drawing to return to the simulated blasting system.

5) On-line detection system for tailings pond: On-line detection of parameters such as rainfall, water level, saturation line and dam displacement affecting the safety of tailings pond, real-time alarm.

3. Dressing

1) Ball mill automatic control system: By detecting and monitoring the operating parameters of the ball mill process, it is possible to automatically increase or decrease the amount of ore according to the nature of the ore, adjust the efficiency of the workbench, and improve the efficiency of the ball mill.

2) Vibrating screen and automatic control system of the selection machine: automatically adjust the amplitude of the vibrating screen according to the set model to optimize the screening. After the automatic control of the selection machine, the selection effect is more than 2% higher than the original system, and the adjustment is more effective.

3) Concentration process monitoring system: monitoring about 150 process parameters of ball mill electromechanical ear, classifier overflow, grinding concentration, and selected machine magnetic field, timely grasping production operation and equipment status, improving the timeliness of production command and scientific.

4) Whole plant monitoring and operation management system: realize remote control of magnetic separator, ball mill, rubber pump and other equipment, and set up industrial control ring network with panning machine, vibrating screen and ball mill automatic control system to realize resource sharing and build plant-wide monitoring And operation management system.

4. Construction of mine information management and control platform

1) Production information management system: integration with ERP system, mining ball burning and other industrial control systems, integrated production planning completion, reversal completion, inventory status, technical indicators, equipment status and other information, truly reflects on-site production, Operation, quality, equipment status and management level, real-time monitoring of production process control.

2) Material life management and accounting system: Integrate with ERP system to realize the whole process management of material storage, storage (installation), disassemble, repair, scrap and old parts recycling from material to mine, so that the rationality of material selection The economics of the price have been effectively supervised, the replacement cycle and the consumption amount have been effectively controlled, and the material consumption costs have been greatly reduced.

3) Technology management platform: With ERP and production industrial control system, online monitoring and analysis of process equipment status is realized, and the main process parameters affecting quality fluctuations are included in the system for management, and relevant quality information and parameters are automatically collected to detect abnormal points. Judging the cause of the impact, making the analysis and adjustment of quality problems faster and more accurate.

4) Equipment management data management system: Integrate with ERP, MES and other systems, integrate business data dispersed in each system, establish a business analysis model, find problems in business management from the data, and find the focus of attention.

5. Mine informationization and ERP collaborative construction

With the German SAP system as the core, the ERP project will be implemented, and the financial, production, quality, equipment, materials, sales and other services will be integrated into the system, achieving full integration and streamlined management of the business. Simultaneous implementation with the ERP project, independent research and development of a production execution system (MES) system with unique mine characteristics, to achieve the entire process of control from the company, plant, mine, workshop to equipment, machine.

On this basis, build a large ERP system, one level (digital instrumentation, sensors, etc.), two (metering, quality inspection, monitoring system, Automation system), three (MES system) and four (SAP system) ) Integrate and integrate to achieve vertical and full penetration.
