I. Overview
The KHJ0.2/12 mining emergency stop is used for the place under coal mine with coal dust and methane explosive gas, and is used as a control of emergency stop for belt conveyor protection device. When an emergency occurs, pulling the emergency stop at any place along the site can send out the stop signal to realize the protection of the personal and Belt Conveyor .
The emergency has reliable performance, simple structure, good safety performance, and easy to use and other characteristics.

V. Working Process and Principle
This product is lever cam structure. To pull any rope of both side, the cam is drive by the lever, making the switch change, send out stop signal. The emergency stop is locked automatically after action, if the accident is pulling any side of the rope, the cam is driven by lever to make the switch action switch and send out the stop signal. Automatic locking after emergency stop locking switch action, after the accident being disposed, it can be reset manually to initial status.

Remove the terminal cover, connect the cable according to the drawing, fix the screw after wiring, then it can be used.
3. Installation attentions
a) To make a installation plate according to shape of the emergency stop, installing the emergency stop on it, and then fix them on both side of the belt conveyor, and the following conditions should be met:.
b) The emergency stop should be lower than the belt level for convenient operation.
c) To fasten the pull rope (φ4mm) on each pull rings, better length of each rope is ≤60m, along the belt conveyor, and hanging ring should be installed on each 10m for supporting purpose to reduce deflection.
d) After installing the emergency stop, the rope on both sides should be with suitable tension, the deflection should be as small as possible, and the switch should not be reset automatically after pulling the rope.
e) To fasten the compression nut when wiring, otherwise it will not play the role of moisture-proof and dust proof, and it will affect the electrical performance after long time.
VII. Usage attention
1. The emergency stop protection of the belt conveyor is determined by the emergency stop, and the emergency stop is installed after debugging, the working condition of the emergency stop directly determines whether comprehensive protection device can work normally, so the non-professional personnel is not allowed to pull the emergency.
2. The maintenance personnel should regularly check the condition of each part of the emergency stop, the problems must be dealt with in time.
